2007 - my roommate and his girlfriend were planning on going to Burning Man, and I wanted to get hem cute matching ear hats for Christmas. I got in touch with Jadene, and she said she could make them, for $60. I sent her the money, and got the shoddiest looking hats back in return - a FULL 2 months late!! So I sent them back in February, and she ignored my emails until JUNE and then said she didn't have the material I wanted, and she wasn't going to refund me. Since then she has insulted me, and berated me for simply asking for my money back as I have NOTHING to show for the $60 I sent her.
Here is some of our email exchange. As you can see, she is completely unwilling to refund me money or even admit that I ordered those hats in November and this was still going on in JUNE!

As for reporting me and whatnot, I feel that I have never once lied to or cheated you, so your approach seems unnecessary. I think if we can stay somewhat olive/dark green that would be great. A sparkle or something similar is ok and prob nice for playa spice. We're definitely more into the hat being a full, over the ear super cute hat like the original one I have (and love!). If you find another color that is *perfect* shoot me an email and I'll make sure its not some color that my friends hate.
